ICMR-NIHR, Jodhpur invites applications from eligible postgraduate students for Dissertation / Internship Training for a period of 2 months & 6 months. This program provides structured research exposure in the field of Non-Communicable Diseases, Public Health, Epidemiology, Implementation Research, Biostatistics, Laboratory Sciences, Nutrition, Social & Behavioral Sciences, and Biomedical Research.
ICMR-NIHR, जोधपुर पात्र स्नातकोत्तर विद्यार्थियों से शोध प्रबंध / इंटर्नशिप प्रशिक्षण हेतु 2 माह एवं 6 माह की अवधि के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित करता है। यह कार्यक्रम असंचारी रोग, लोक स्वास्थ्य, महामारी विज्ञान, कार्यान्वयन अनुसंधान, जैव सांख्यिकी, प्रयोगशाला विज्ञान, पोषण, सामाजिक एवं व्यावहारिक विज्ञान तथा जैव चिकित्सा अनुसंधान क्षेत्र में संरचित शोध अनुभव प्रदान करता है।
6-Month Programme 6 माह का कार्यक्रम
Final semester Postgraduate students (M.Sc., MPH, M.Tech, etc.) from recognized Universities/Colleges/Institutes in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Public Health & Allied Subjects or any other relevant field.
मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालयों/महाविद्यालयों/संस्थानों से जैव प्रौद्योगिकी, जैव रसायन, सूक्ष्म जीव विज्ञान, जीवन विज्ञान, लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं संबंधित विषयों या किसी अन्य प्रासंगिक क्षेत्र में अंतिम सेमेस्टर के स्नातकोत्तर विद्यार्थी (M.Sc., MPH, M.Tech आदि)।

Application Process आवेदन प्रक्रिया
- 1. Interested candidates are required to submit the application form. There is no application fee for submitting the application form. 1. इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करना आवश्यक है। आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करने के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं है।

2. The candidate must submit the duly filled application Form attested and endorsed by the Head of the Institution/Department.
*Applications without official endorsement/attestation will not be considered. 2. अभ्यर्थी को पूर्ण रूप से भरा हुआ आवेदन फॉर्म संस्थान/विभाग के प्रमुख द्वारा सत्यापित एवं अनुमोदित कराकर जमा करना होगा।
*आधिकारिक अनुमोदन/सत्यापन के बिना आवेदन मान्य नहीं होंगे। -
3. Along with the application form, applicants must include:
- A brief Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- A mandatory 500-word Statement of Purpose (SOP) indicating research interest and motivation.

- 4. General Terms & Conditions सामान्य नियम एवं शर्तें
- 1. Each selected student will be assigned a mentor and shall work exclusively under the guidance of the assigned mentor. 1. प्रत्येक चयनित विद्यार्थी को एक मेंटर नियुक्त किया जाएगा और वह केवल उसी मेंटर के मार्गदर्शन में कार्य करेगा।
- 2. A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for the successful completion of the program. 2. कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने के लिए न्यूनतम 80% उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है।
- 3. The number of seats may be increased or decreased at any moment by the approval of the competent Authority. 3. सक्षम प्राधिकारी की स्वीकृति से सीटों की संख्या को किसी भी समय बढ़ाया या घटाया जा सकता है।
- 4. Candidates are encouraged to prepare and publish manuscripts with the assistance and guidance of their assigned mentors only. 4. अभ्यर्थियों को केवल अपने नियुक्त मेंटर की सहायता एवं मार्गदर्शन में शोध पत्र तैयार करने एवं प्रकाशित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।
- 5. Each selected candidate will be required to present one paper every week as per the Journal Club schedule. 5. प्रत्येक चयनित अभ्यर्थी को जर्नल क्लब की समय-सारणी के अनुसार प्रति सप्ताह एक पेपर प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
- 6. A weekly lecture series will be conducted by an ICMR Scientist as part of the academic program. 6. शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम के भाग के रूप में एक ICMR वैज्ञानिक द्वारा साप्ताहिक व्याख्यान श्रृंखला आयोजित की जाएगी।
- 7. Students must strictly adhere to all laboratory rules, regulations, working hours, and safety protocols. 7. विद्यार्थियों को सभी प्रयोगशाला नियमों, विनियमों, कार्य समय एवं सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन करना होगा।
- 8. Hostel and guest house facilities are not available at present. The selected candidates must make their own accommodation arrangements. 8. वर्तमान में छात्रावास एवं अतिथि गृह सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को अपनी आवास व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।
- 9. Students are required to present their research work and submit a dissertation/internship report at the end of the training. 9. विद्यार्थियों को प्रशिक्षण समाप्ति पर अपना शोध कार्य प्रस्तुत करना होगा एवं शोध प्रबंध/इंटर्नशिप रिपोर्ट जमा करनी होगी।
- 10. No financial support, stipend, hostel, boarding, or lodging facilities will be provided. 10. कोई वित्तीय सहायता, वृत्तिका (स्टाइपेंड), छात्रावास, भोजन या आवास सुविधा प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी।
- 11. ICMR–NIHR reserves the right to terminate the engagement of any student at any stage in case of non-compliance. 11. नियमों का पालन न करने की स्थिति में ICMR–NIHR किसी भी चरण में किसी भी विद्यार्थी की सहभागिता समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
- 12. Canvassing in any form and at any stage will lead to the direct disqualification of the candidate. 12. किसी भी रूप में एवं किसी भी चरण में सिफारिश करने पर अभ्यर्थी सीधे अयोग्य घोषित किया जाएगा।
